月下首次參與的手帳工作坊終於都完滿結束了！感覺很好，參加者的投入和用心也超出了預期，謝謝明愛荃灣綜合家庭服務中心（下稱ifsctw)給予我這次機會，讓我能參與這麼有意義的工作坊，同時也要謝謝南豐紗廠提供場地。

「不完美婚姻」是一個非常有意思的題目，社會上經常都提倡著正能量和怎樣做一個好丈夫和好太太，卻忽略了大家其實都只是一個普通人，都會有犯錯和做得不夠好的地方，而怎樣接受對方的不完美和做好期望管理，反而才是最重要的課題。

最後，真的很喜歡大家分享工作坊得著的環節，大家從中所領悟到的道理和感受，正正是店長和ifsctw希望透過這次工作坊想傳達的信息，你們的感想，無疑就是這次工作坊最好的一個總結，謝謝大家。

The nocturnal first-ever workshop on journaling has successfully concluded! It felt great, and the participants' engagement and dedication exceeded expectations. A big thank you to the Caritas Integrated Family Service Centre - Tsuen Wan (IFSCTW) for giving me this opportunity to be part of such a meaningful workshop, and thank you The Mills for providing the venue.

"Imperfect Marriage" is a very meaningful topic. Society often promotes positive energy and how to be a good husband or wife, but it overlooks the fact that we are all just ordinary people who make mistakes and fall short at times. Learning to accept each other's imperfections and manage expectations is, in fact, the most important lesson.

Finally, I truly enjoyed the sharing session where everyone discussed their feeling about the workshop. The insights and feelings expressed by the participants perfectly aligned with the message that the store manager and IFSCTW aimed to convey through this workshop. Your reflections are the best conclusion to this experience. Thank you : )
